Delaware State Police said a teacher at A.I. Dupont High School suffered a minor injury Wednesday morning, March 27, 2024, while trying to break up a fight.
The incident broke out shortly after 10:30 a.m.
The school resource officer requested back up, which resulted in a fleet of state and New Castle County police vehicles heading to the school on Hillside Road in Greenville.
Troopers said at least four individuals were involved in the fracas.
Police have not yet charged anyone in connection with the fight.
