The Galaxy A25 5G will reportedly feature a 6.5-inch screen with a U-shaped notch and Full HD+ resolution, similar to its predecessor, according to Appuals. While the screen type hasn’t been revealed, it will likely be a 90Hz OLED unit (or better), similar to the Galaxy A24. The phone reportedly features a 50MP primary rear camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. It could have a 13MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

Samsung has reportedly used the Exynos 1280 processor in the Galaxy A25 5G. It will replace the MediaTek Helio G99 that is used in the Galaxy A24. The new 5nm chip brings 5G connectivity to the smartphone. It has two Cortex-A78 CPU cores clocked at 2.4GHz and six Cortex-A55 CPU cores clocked at 2GHz. The chip will be paired with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage. It will also have a microSD card slot for storage expansion. The phone will likely run Android 14-based One UI 6.0 out of the box.

The Galaxy A25 5G will likely come powered by a 5,000mAh battery that is compatible with 25W fast charging. The report claims that the Galaxy A25 5G will be available in four colors: Black, Blue, Silver, and Yellow. Both storage versions of the phone will reportedly be priced in the  €300-€400 range.
